Cartridge System

An ideal alternative to a dispensing system, the AirDriven Cartridge Spraygun is the entry level spray-on elastomer applicator. Compact and lightweight, it’s your partner for small onsite jobs.  Pneumatically-driven, it doesn’t need electricity. 

The complete system includes a lightweight high solid spray gun, an adjustable air pressure regulator, and a variety of atomizing static mixer assemblies. Control airflow to achieve consistent coating by easily adjusting the regulator.  

The pneumatic spray gun works with two-component cartridges to reduce the need to mix components beforehand, and prevent premature curing and material waste. The cartridge system is suitable for spray-on polyurea and polyurethane.
